Courtney is an elder law attorney with Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, elder law, probate and corporate law. Courtney focuses on Medicaid planning, estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters. She joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate attorney with an elder law and estate planning firm in Southwest Florida and interned for a Florida magistrate, a non-profit law firm and the U.S Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. Courtney is a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Lee County Bar Association, the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. She received multiple law school awards, including the Advanced Trusts and Estates Book Award, and CALI awards in Research Writing and Advocacy I and II.
