Lauren Traulsen is the Director of Marketing at Evolution Retirement Services and the creative force behind the firm’s brand, events, and outreach. A long-time Southwest Florida native and graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Lauren leads everything from educational workshops and digital campaigns to The Retirement Evolved Podcast—ensuring that each client interaction is thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with the firm’s mission.

With her 215 license and a strong background in client communication, Lauren plays a key role in bringing qualified prospects into the practice and helping them feel confident from the first touchpoint. She’s known for turning interest into action through authentic connection and smart strategy. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys time with her partner Devon and their two dogs, Nola and Dolce. Whether she’s designing an invitation, planning an event, or creating clarity through marketing, Lauren brings heart, humor, and a high standard of excellence to everything she does.
